We are looking for an energetic front and back office specialist (28-36 hours)

What does your job entail?
As a front- and back-office specialist within our team, you'll have a diverse range of responsibilities. You'll provide sales support and ensure the smooth handling of customer-related processes. You'll interact with customers frequently by phone and email on a daily basis. You'll take orders, answer questions, and maintain customer relationships. You'll also play a crucial role in resolving any issues and scheduling appointments with customers. You'll also manage inventory and create and process work orders. This varied and dynamic role provides a constant sense of challenge.
What do we expect from you?
We expect you to have strong communication skills. Customer focus is in your blood and you excel at building and maintaining relationships. You have a hands-on mentality and can adapt quickly. You also possess strong administrative skills and are punctual. An MBO (intermediate vocational education) degree is required, and while fluency in English and German is a plus, it's not an absolute requirement for this position. Experience with SnelStart accounting software is preferred.

The 4WD Specialist has been located in the Brabant village of Zeeland since 2021. Under the leadership of Arno van Bakel and his team, we work on the most beautiful 4x4 projects for our clients. Our goal is to make the ultimate 4x4 experience accessible to everyone. We are the brand-independent 4WD specialist, specializing in off-road driving, camping, and commercial applications. Our team fully builds 4x4 all-terrain vehicles and campers, preparing them for unforgettable off-road adventures. We also specialize in custom-built vehicle interiors for various government agencies, such as the State Forestry Service, Water Boards, and Customs.
