Vacancy: Workshop Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Workshop Manager!
You'll be the one who keeps the overview and leads our growing team of five 4x4 technical specialists on a daily basis, handling everything from customer contact to scheduling and parts procurement. You'll be involved in the team's development. At the same time, like all of us, you're also happy to roll up your sleeves and help out in the workshop when needed. This way, you combine the best of both worlds: leadership and collaboration.
As Workshop Manager, you ensure the workshop runs efficiently and that customers leave with a good feeling and a perfectly running 4x4 on their dream trip. And you do this with energy, expertise, and enjoyment.
What do we expect from you?
- You combine management and coaching of the technical 4x4 specialists with maintaining an overview in the workshop.
- You have sufficient technical knowledge and insight to support your colleagues.
- You also find quality of work extremely important.
- You are Arno's right-hand man and switch effortlessly between planning, customer contact and the workshop.
- You have a grip on the whole and always keep an overview.
- You take initiative, think along and have a commercial view.
