This EZDown is for the VW Amarok with the Factory Fitted Torsion Bar. (MY12.5 - Current MY18).  Works in conjunction with torsion bar as the torsion bar makes the tailgate lighter to manually lift and the EZDown controls the opening of the tailgate.
